Owen Pitter graduated from the College of Estate Management with a Bachelor of Science. A specialist in Estate Management, Mr. Pitter is also a founding member of the Association of Land Economy & Valuation Surveyors of Jamaica, as well as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London (FRICS). Mr. Pitter provides consultant services at the firm and undertakes specialist assignments.
